Setting up and Using the Auraliti Player with our Auraliti File Server (in development):
- Connect the Player and the File Server to your house ethernet. Hey look! The Aurality Player and the Auraliti Server just found each other! Cool.
- Using your laptop or home computer download High Resolution Music files from the various forward thinking record companies and resellers that have entered the market to supply you with the best sounding music recordings ever!
- From your laptop or desktop computer search for Servers. Connect to the Auraliti Server. Load the downloaded music files to the server. These files will be automatically mirrored so that you have a backup in case of drive failure.
- The files loaded onto the server will be immediately available for use by the Player.
- Go to the App store and load the free program MPoD onto your iPOD
- Under the Connection Preference of the MPoD app, type the name: "auraliti-player.local".
- The iPod can now be used to select Albums or Tracks from Albums that you want to listen to.
Thereafter, for day to day operation skip items 1 through 6 to play music and remember to do items 2 and 3 regularly to add more music to your life.
